What is a predefined SCALEXIO?
The predefined SCALEXIO concept combines speed, flexibility, and cost efficiency for your testing requirements. At its core, a predefined SCALEXIO consists of a predefined base frame (approx. 35% of the simulator), and about 50% of the additional components come from a predefined modular system that is kept in stock. Standardizing processes and predefined identical parts drastically reduces lead times and engineering costs.
To meet specific customer requirements, the system can be customized with predefined modules and options, so you only pay for what you really need. This modular approach saves development time and avoids unnecessary overcapacity.
Finally, the design remains open to customization, such as customer-specific cable harnesses or additional engineering services, giving you the best of both worlds: fast availability and tailor-made flexibility.
