If you observe unexpected behavior of your hardware and need help in analysing it, use our support request form.
If you want to know the status of your repair contact RMA@dspaceinc.com and give the RMA number.
Hardware products that already reached the lifecycle phase "retired" cannot be tested nor repaired. Check out our end-of-life announcements.
