For customers in the US and Canada: If you want to have your dSPACE hardware repaired or tested, proceed as follows:

  1. Fill out the RMA form below.
  2. Send the form to
  3. dSPACE will send you a return note including RMA number and shipping instructions.

Customers outside the US and Canada:

Phased out hardware products

Hardware products that already reached the lifecycle phase "retired" cannot be tested nor repaired. Check out our end-of-life announcements.
