Repair request / RMA

If you want to have your dSPACE hardware repaired or tested, proceed as follows:

  1. Fill out the RMA form below.
  2. Send the form to RMA@dspace.de
  3. dSPACE will send you a return note including RMA number and shipping instructions.

Not sure if the hardware is actually defective?

If you observe unexpected behavior of your hardware and need help in analysing it, use our support request form.
 

Status of repairs

If you want to know the status of your repair contact RMA@dspace.de and give the RMA number.
 

Phased out hardware products

Hardware products that already reached the lifecycle phase "retired" cannot be tested nor repaired. Check out our end-of-life announcements.
 

Hardware calibration service

We offer a hardware calibration service for dSPACE I/O boards. For details and quotation contact our sales department using the contact form.
