Training in the USA

​​​​​​​A full range of training classes are available to get you up-to-speed on your dSPACE product(s). Training courses are held regularly at our North American facility in Wixom, MI, USA. Regional training classes are also offered in the West Coast, Midwest and East Coast. Alternatively, we can work with you to set up private, custom training specific to your own needs, at our facility or on-site at your location. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In light of the current spread of the coronavirus, we will suspend all trainings at our dSPACE Wixom, MI, office until further notice. All training courses are offered as virtual classroom trainings. Learning by Doing
We believe in learning by doing. Our training curriculum takes a hands-on approach and provides all necessary dSPACE hardware and software tools to reach your learning goals. Class sizes are determined to provide you an experiential learning experience with optimal support and individual attention for every participant.

Payment
Payment may be made by credit card, invoicing or purchase order. Upon completing payment, you will receive an email with logistics information (including area accommodations). The course fee includes course material, a certificate of successful completion, lunch and refreshments.

Waiting List
Seating is limited for training classes. If you are unable to secure an open seat for a training class you are interested in, we will add your name to a waiting list and contact you if a seat becomes available.

Cancellation Policy
dSPACE will fully refund training class fees if written notification (via mail or email) is received at least ten (10) business days before the scheduled class date.

If a cancellation notice is received at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled class, dSPACE will refund 75% of your tuition fee.

Last-minute cancellations, received 1-4 business days before the scheduled class date, and no shows will result in full forfeiture of the tuition fee. A substitute can be sent in your place to avoid forfeiture of the full tuition fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, trainer unavailability, lack of participation, etc., dSPACE may choose to reschedule or cancel a particular class. In the case of cancellation, notification will be issued at least one week prior to the class start date. Should this occur, registered attendees will be entitled to reschedule their training to another class date or a full refund of paid tuition fees.
