XIL APIについて

ASAM XIL APIは、テスト自動化ツールとテストベンチ間の通信を行うための規格です。このAPIは、実際のテストシステムや仮想的なテストシステムからテストソフトウエアを分離します。これにより、さまざまなテストシステムで容易にテストケースを再利用することができます。また、この規格は、次の開発およびテストプロセスの全段階でテストベンチをサポートしています。
  • MIL（Model-in-the-Loop）
  • SIL（Software-in-the-Loop）
  • PIL（Processor-in-the-Loop）
  • HIL（Hardware-in-the-Loop）
 
dSPACE製品はプロセスのすべてのフェーズで使用可能で、XIL APIサーバだけでなく、XIL APIクライアントとしても動作可能です。AutomationDeskなどのクライアントは、dSPACEの（MAPort用）Platform API Packageや（EESPort用）Failure Simulation Packageなどのテストシステム（サーバ）をリモート制御します。

The tool is suitable to be used in safety-related development projects according to ISO 26262:2018 for any automotive safety integrity level (ASIL).
