About the Training
This course is a continuation of the ASM Powertrain training to address your questions regarding the modeling of battery systems with ASM. The challenge is to simulate not only a single battery cell but also the entire battery management system. Our ASM Battery System takes this challenge into account.
The ASM Battery System is an open and scalable Simulink® model for simulating cell clusters and battery management. Our model calculates the cell temperature and voltage, state-of-charge (SoC), and charge and discharge processes, performs thermal and safety management, and more.
The ASM Battery System model is dedicated to in-the-loop development and testing of battery controllers. Like the other ASM products, ASM Battery System is also ready-to-use and includes a parameterization tool, and an instrumentation tool.
This training will help you understand the ASM Battery System and its parameterization and introduce you to the corresponding tool chain.
