dSPACE Ethernet Configuration Package (for SCALEXIO Platforms and MicroAutoBox III)

This one-day training course will focus on the dSPACE Ethernet Configuration Package (ETHCP) available for SCALEXIO systems and the MicroAutoBox III.

The Ethernet Configuration Package supports FIBEX and AUTOSAR ARXML files to create service-oriented Ethernet communication based on the SOME/IP middleware.
This course covers the workflow for how to configure and connect simulation models to Automotive Ethernet hardware, e. g. for a restbus simulation. You will learn to implement and execute an Automotive Ethernet application by means of dSPACE tools such as ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk, and the dSPACE hardware. 

  • Engineers working in the field of rapid control prototyping and/or hardware-in-the-loop testing.
  • Engineers interested in how to use AUTOSAR SOME/IP Ethernet functionality on dSPACE platforms, including
    • Service Discovery (SD)
    • Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub)
    • Remote Procedure calls (RPC)
    • Cyclic and Event driven communication
  • Recommended: Generic background in Automotive Ethernet and AUTOSAR SOME/IP communication.
