During Automotive Testing Expo 2006 Europe in Stuttgart, Germany, MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC) demonstrated a proof-of-concept Mechatronic Development and Validation (MDV) Bench. The MDV Bench, jointly developed by MTS and dSPACE, integrates an active suspension with a real-time vehicle dynamics model to create realistic and repeatable maneuvers for the direct characterization and measurement of vehicle dynamic events.
