FAQ 360: Wibu Error (WB5000) during upgrade of the CmDongle firmware
Question
When I try to update the firmware of the CmDongle, the following error occurs:
Connection to the update server failed (Error WB5000). Please check the selected server name and your network connection.
How can I solve this problem?
