dSPACE was founded as a small start-up by employees of the Institute of Mechatronics at Paderborn University – Today, we are a global, family-owned business. 1,800 colleagues work at the Paderborn site alone – at our campus, at the Technology Park, and in the Diebold Nixdorf building.

Childcare facilities at the company close daycare center: This means you have short distances between the dSPACE Dötze daycare center on the Paderborn campus and your workplace. But the proximity to your workplace is not the only advantage: Opening hours are also much more flexible than in other daycare centers. The extended childcare hours and reduced closing times as well as emergency care in exceptional situations give you a lot of freedom. The daycare center is bilingual and follows a STEM and animal education-oriented educational concept. dSPACE Dötze strives to spark curiosity at an early age and encourages the urge to explore.
Separate events and activities for your children:
- During the summer and autumn vacations, we offer a vacation care program in Paderborn for children between the ages of 6 and 12 with games and excursions.
