We are a family business – and that's why it's important to us to be family-friendly. Our 90 different working-time models alone show how flexibly we can respond to your needs when it comes to organizing your working hours. It goes without saying that we also offer the option of working from home. But there is more to family-friendliness than "just" being able to work from home.
Adapt the job to your personal situation
With a family – whether it's your children or parents who need to be cared for – life can be difficult to plan. It is therefore all the more important to us that we give you the freedom to adapt your job to your personal situation:
- Part-time model according to your needs
- Flexible work hours and breaks
- Workation – temporary work from other European countries
- 60% working from home – more if required and by arrangement
- Family-oriented vacation planning
- 10 days of special leave in exceptional situations, unbureaucratic and flexible
- Flextime – "Overtime" can be deducted or paid out on an hourly or daily basis
- Unpaid leave
Parental leave
We are delighted with your new phase of life. We are happy to advise you, as there are many options before and after parental leave.
- Comprehensive consultations and support before and after parental leave to get back to work
- Reduction in work hours during and after parental leave
- Regular info mail for employees on parental leave
More flexibility in care time
Do you want your parents or parents-in-law to be well looked after or cared for? To do this, you need freedom and flexibility. We gladly support you:
- 10 days of special unpaid leave for exceptional situations, unbureaucratic and flexible
- Reduction in work hours
- We support you in finding a good solution for everyone involved – for example, by redistributing work within the team.
Parents’ network Parents@dSPACE
It is also important to us that parents can exchange ideas with each other and support each other through networking. In 2023, we therefore founded Parents@dSPACE. We want to use the network to support our parents and offer events, a regular parents' café, and talks.
