Convert sdmlib stimulus files to .stz

The sdm2stz converter is a utility for converting sdmlib stimulus files for use with ControlDesk Next Generation.

Stimulus scripts created with ControlDesk 3.x are based on the Python library sdmlib and cannot be used in ControlDesk Next Generation. ControlDesk Next Generations Signal Editor meets the requirements of the new ASAM AE HIL-API 1.0 standard which is much more powerful than sdmlib. This utility migrates sdmlib stimulus .py files built by the Stimulus Editor of ControlDesk 3.x into .stz files which can be imported, modified and executed by the Signal Editor in ControlDesk Next Generation.
