Automotive Simulation Models 2026-A

New ASM products for native OpenX support and motorbike simulation, driver behavior simulation for testing of DMS, and OSI subtype information for lanes.

Automotive Simulation Models (ASM) 2026-A comes with a new product, ASM Traffic OpenX, that supports the native simulation of ASAM OpenDRIVE and ASAM OpenSCENARIO files in ASM. This allows you to easily use your projects in the ASM and AURELION tool chain.
Release 2026-A includes another new ASM product for the simulation of the dynamics of a motorbike and its driver: ASM Bike. The library contains different blocks for modeling the motorbike dynamics behavior. ASM Bike also provides a demo project that includes an AURELION Manager project that allows you to animate the dynamics of the motorbike in AURELION.
ASM Traffic has been improved with the following features: It now provides an interface for scenario-based control of the driver's gesture and facial expression to use for testing of driver monitoring systems (DMS). The OSI Interface of ASM Traffic was also extended and now supports the OSI subtype information for lanes.
