The end of life of PGI LTi TWINsync Solution is planned for December 31, 2025.

End-of-Life Information

The end-of-life of the PGI LTi TWINsync Solution is planned for December 31, 2026. As of this date, no services of any kind will be available for this product. We advise against using the PGI LTi TWINsync Solution in new projects. New Releases (Versions) of the PGI LTi TWINsync Solution will be available for customers with a Software Maintenance Service Contract until December 31, 2025.

Successor

For new projects we recommend that you use the DS2656 TWINsync Solution which is based on dSPACE SCALEXIO technology and communicates to the real-time system via IOCNET. SCALEXIO is available from small to large laboratory and in-vehicle systems. Besides the TWINsync communication allows for high speed communication to KEBA ServoOne servo converters the SCALEXIO system provides very high processing power, modern I/O, bus, and network interfaces. It is entirely software-configurable, which lets you adapt to changing requirements flexibly and easily. If you have any questions or need further information, your contact in the dSPACE sales team will be glad to help.

Migration Information

​For hassle-free migration, the IO interface of the DS2656 TWINsync Solution is 100% pin compatible to the discontinued PGI1 TWINsync. SCALEXIO technology itself is supported by the established dSPACE toolchain. When you work with SCALEXIO, the real-time application is generated with ConfigurationDesk instead of Real-Time Interface (RTI). The Simulink model is linked to the I/O configuration in ConfigurationDesk via model port blocks.
