Download Problem using Internet Explorer

Using the Internet Explorer it may happen that you cannot download the setup file because the browser does not show the dialog to enter the user name and the password you have got by e-mail.

In this case ensure that the security settings for the User Authentication are set to Prompt for user name and password like shown in the image below.

This option must be set for the Internet zone. From the Internet Explorer menu select "Tools | Internet Options" to open the dialog and change to the Security tab.
