Most likely, you have reached this page via this link https://www.dspace.com/go/FWMRedist when you tried to use Firmware Manager 24.2 or newer in combination with older Firmware Archives.  

As of Release 2024-B, Firmware Manager does not install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package anymore that is required to use Firmware Archives for SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox III, or MicroLabBox II from older Releases.

Solution

First check, if you really need the Firmware Archives you have selected before. Since Release 2022-A the newest available firmware can generally be used for SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox III and MicroLabBox II.

If you need an older Firmware Archive, you can get and install the vcredist_x64.exe file from
