ASMs testen komplette LKW-Elektronik

Der schwedische Lastkraftwagen- und Bushersteller Scania hat ein Integrationslabor eingerichtet, um Steuergeräteverbunde automatisiert testen zu können. Das Integrationslabor, bestehend aus einem nachgebauten Scania-Lkw/Bus mit 33 Steuergeräten und 11 CAN-Netzwerken, basiert auf Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)-Simulatoren und den echtzeitfähigen Automotive Simulation Models (ASMs) von dSPACE. Die Architektur des Labors erlaubt diverse Testmöglichkeiten der Fahrzeugkonfigurationen und ist optimal für die Durchführung von Regressionstests geeignet.
