dSPACEのテスト管理ソフトウエアAutomationDeskのVersion 1.4には、診断とHIL（Hardware-in-the-Loop）テスト機能が付属しています。AutomationDeskを使用して、dSPACEの汎用的な計測および適合ソフトウエアCalDeskの診断機能をリモート制御および自動化できます。つまり、1つのソフトウエアからのHILテスト、ECU適合、計測タスク、および診断用の完全に統合されたツールチェーンを使用でき、やっかいな互換性の問題は過去のものとなりました。
