We will feature Battery Management System Hardware-in-the-Loop, which is the scalable dSPACE solution for BMS testing provides developers of battery management systems with best-in-class battery cell emulation and real-time-capable battery models that fit any use case. Our BMS test equipment is used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, rail, off-highway, and energy. The demo system consists of a small HIL with cell and temperature simulation as well as showcasing the safety features we implement in or HIL BMS Systems. And Battery Management System Cell Controller Virtualization showcases the testing of BMS controllers on signal level. In this case, the cell modules (CSC) are simulated and the HIL is simulating the communication between the cell controllers and the BMS. dSPACE is offering Cell Controller Virtualization (CCV). This solution is the perfect choice for BMS tests on the signal level.

We will also feature our Smart Charging Solution, which is a set of tools to simulate and validate software and hardware for smart charging components. It can be configured to test automotive onboard chargers, charging stations, energy management ECUs, Megawatt Charging Systems (MCS) for commercial vehicles, agriculture, aviation, and shipping. This demo showcases an efficient approach to testing charging communication for electric vehicles, seamlessly transitioning from software-in-the-loop (SIL) to hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) by reusing test cases and artifacts. And lastly, we will have the Software-in-the-Loop Testing demo will showcase verification and validation of SDV automotive software in the cloud, software in the loop testing including high performance computers, integration and (Infotainment), monitoring full system with experimentation tools, facilitate service-oriented communication, and hardware acceleration by using native ARM hardware on the AWS Graviton instance allowing for the simulation and interaction with a digital cockpit.
