Great Place to Work: dSPACE Among the Top 10 Best Employers in NRW and in the ITC Industry

Paderborn, 8.3.2024. dSPACE has received two certifications as a “Great Place to Work” and has achieved rankings in the top ten. The world's leading provider of simulation and validation solutions was ranked 4th in the category of companies in NRW with more than 1,000 employees. Among the ITC companies in Germany, dSPACE occupies an outstanding 7th place.  dSPACE Vice President Corporate HR Julia Girolstein accepted the award yesterday at the award ceremony in Bonn. There search and consulting institute Great Place to Work has awarded its quality seal to companies that are particularly committed to an employee-oriented corporate culture and offer particularly attractive working conditions. 

The award is based on an anonymous and representative survey among employees. At dSPACE, 86% of respondents stated that dSPACE is a very good employer. In total, around 1,000 companies put their workplace culture to the test and took part in the employer competition.

"One of the most important tasks of our HR work is to listen carefully to our employees to find out what they need to work successfully, to derive appropriate measures, and to implement them," said Julia Girolstein, Vice President Corporate HR at dSPACE. "We are already at the forefront in many areas. We are working every day to become even better," continues Girolstein. dSPACE employees particularly praised the company's communication, fairness, image, team spirit, and vision for the future.
