The Baltic Racing Team is constantly learning and striving to make this season's vehicle even better. The goal of the team? Competing at the Formula Student events! What drives the team is not only a strong team spirit, but also the vision to see their own race car on the race tracks.
About the team
Baltic Racing was founded at Stralsund University of Applied Sciences in 1999, making it the first German Formula Student team. Since then, the team has taken part in international Formula Student competitions every year and continues to grow – advancing both the vehicles and the expertise of its members.
The project brings together around 60 dedicated students from the faculties of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and economics. Together, they design, develop, and build their own formula race car. Over the years, Baltic Racing has implemented numerous technical innovations and continuously improved the performance of its vehicles.
As a team from Stralsund in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Baltic Racing stands for interdisciplinary collaboration, a passion for motorsport, and the ambition to take on new challenges every year.
