Update for the Global Resource "Compiler for ConfigurationDesk Platforms 26.1". This setup updates an existing installation of the Global Resource "Compiler for ConfigurationDesk Platforms 26.1" to version 26.1.1.  

Problems Fixed by This Patch

26.1.1:

• Added additional objcopy-mmpap version which fixes an issue with GRP_COMDAT sections when localizing symbols.
• Fix: Resolved GCC 15 C23 struct canonicalization regression eliminating O(N^2) behavior restoring compile performance.
