Digitization, artificial intelligence (deep learning) and autonomous driving will fundamentally change our lives in the coming years. At dSPACE, you will advise the Engineers in the automotive industry who are developing these technologies. This involves everything from traffic simulation, sensor data fusion, virtual validation of ECUs, sensor simulation and image processing to the simulation of radar and lidar signals.  dSPACE provides development and test systems for the vehicle electronics of the future.

 

As a Business Developer for Radar Simulation, you will work with Account Managers to advise our customers and prospects on the technical application of our prodjcts.  You will be the primary contact for presales discussions.  Previous experience in the area of driver assistance and radar simulation is an important prerequisite.

 

Responsibilities

Support of Account Managers in North America with focus on radar applications

  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Presentation of our products and technologies
  • Technical application advice and development of customer-specific solutions
  • Targeted establishment of contacts with key personnel
  • Product presentations at trade fairs and conferences
  • Customer management

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, physics or comparable
  • Experience in technical sales is an advantage (ideally in the field of high frequency measurement technology or radar sensor technology)
  • Systematic and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, high customer orientation and confident appearance
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a team
  • Confident handling of Microsoft® Office desirable
  • Willingness to travel
