The terms set out below govern the use of the dSPACE Web site, which provides you with information on our company and our products. This information must not be used for anything other than noncommercial, purely informative purposes, except where explicitly stated otherwise for the Pressroom. No offers, obligations, or binding statements from dSPACE GmbH, including but not necessarily on the availability of products or services, can be inferred from the above-mentioned information. dSPACE reserves the right to change, supplement, or remove Web site contents without prior notification at any time.

All the texts, images, and other contents of the Web site are protected under copyright law, both as individual items and in their entirety. It is not permitted to use the contents for purposes other than the information purposes described here, including but not necessarily reproduction or publication to a broader public, without prior written consent from dSPACE GmbH or, where a different copyright holder is stated, from that copyright holder.

Different rules apply to the information and images contained in the Pressroom. These are also the protected property of dSPACE GmbH, but their use is permitted for journalistic purposes. It is not permitted to make any alterations or modifications unless it is clearly stated that they do not originate from and are not authorized by dSPACE.

dSPACE takes great care in producing the information contained on the Web site and in checking it regularly. However, no guarantee can be given for the quality of the contents, including but not necessarily their correctness, up-to-dateness, and current availability.

dSPACE accepts no liability for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Web site or of the information it provides, unless deliberate or grossly negligent acts on the part of dSPACE can be proven.

Privacy Policy

 

Personal Data
dSPACE is aware of the importance of personal data, such as names, addresses and e-mail addresses, which can reveal the identities of Web site visitors. You can access most pages on the dSPACE Web site without having to provide any personal data.

For reasons of system security, we temporarily save connection data, as well as information on which dSPACE pages you visited, the date and duration of your visit, which browser and which operating system you were using, and which Web site you previously called.
In addition, we save search entries and queries in forms, for example, for statistical purposes or for Web site administration, but these entries are evaluated without reference to you personally.

Requesting personal data within forms serves various purposes, depending on the type of form being used: for example, to process support inquiries or to provide information materials. It is your decision whether to use such a form to contact us.

We neither pass on nor publish such data, nor do we sell it to third parties. In some circumstances, for advertising purposes, we may use the data under your company address with respect to your professional activities.

IP Addresses
We trace the IP addresses of visitors to the dSPACE Web site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on the Internet. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, manage our Web site, track user movements, evaluate demographic data and compile statistics indicating the daily number of visitors and the daily inquiries made about particular files. IP addresses are anonymous and not linked to personal data.

Cookies
dSPACE may use cookies to save and evaluate your data, so that we can offer you a tailor-made, personal service. Cookies are small data elements that are stored on your computer's hard drive for future referencing. Please note that you can make better use of our services by means of cookies.
