Introduction

This patch can be installed on an existing AutomationDesk 1.1 installation, i.e. it requires an installation of dSPACE Release 4.1 or Release 4.0/4.0.1 with Product Release AutomationDesk 1.1.
This patch includes the AutomationDesk 1.1p1 patch.

Problems Fixed by this Patch

• All dialogs also work correctly on a Japanese language version of the operating system.
• This patch decreases the start-up time of AutomationDesk. The loading time of AutomationDesk projects and libraries is also reduced.

Limitations

AutomationDesk projects and results must have been saved with AutomationDesk 1.1 without the patch (p2).
AutomationDesk projects that were saved with 1.0 might be loaded incorrectly.

To load an AutomationDesk 1.0 project with AutomationDesk 1.1p2, you can perform the following steps:

• Close AutomationDesk.
• Deactivate the p2 patch by executing the DisableP2.reg registry file.
• Restart AutomationDesk 1.1p2.
• Load the 1.0 project.
• Save the project.
  Note: Results must be saved separately from the project.
• Close AutomationDesk.
• Reactivate the p2 patch by executing the EnableP2.reg registry file.
• Restart AutomationDesk 1.1p2.
