Improved import/export of OpenDRIVE road files

The new OpenDRIVE Plug-In enables control over the height profile resolution of imported roads. This allows users to fine-tune the road import to enhance profile accuracy or reduce the number of sampled points.
The OpenDRIVE importer supports the new OSI Lane subtype information in ModelDesk. OSI Lane subtypes are set according to the lane information of the OpenDRIVE road. Users can also adapt this information in the ModelDesk user interface after import, if needed.
