Replacing CmDongles Rev. 2-xxxx

All CmDongles Rev. 2-xxxx with a white connector, shipped between November 2014 (dSPACE Release 2014-B) and October 2015, have to be replaced by Rev. 3-xxxx dongles.

The former migration via the DongleMigration tool is no longer possible.
