1. General
********************************************************************************

This Service Pack can be installed only on an existing product installation
of dSPACE Release 2026-A.

This Service Pack upgrades the contained products to the following versions:
  - FPGA Programming Blockset 26.1.1

To ensure that the software products updated by this service pack work optimally
with your dSPACE real-time hardware such as SCALEXIO or MicroAutoBox III, please
always use the latest Firmware Archives for your systems and keep them up to
date using the Firmware Manager. Available at https://www.dspace.com/go/firmware


2. Improvements & Fixed Problems
********************************************************************************

This Service Pack patches the listed products to the respective versions
and fixes the problems listed below.


FPGA Programming Blockset 26.1.1:
---------------------------------

  - Enabled the FPGA Build Server to detect both new and previous Vivado installation paths on Linux.	(1667846)
  - Enabled the Vivado license validation to Windows usernames with special characters and use the default temporary path for its TCL file.	(1725190)
  - Enabled Accelerate option for FPGA builds using Vivado 2026.1
  - Fixed a problem where the DemoFPGA files were not copied correctly from the demo folder (1570888, 1603683)
  - Fixed a problem with the ConfigurationDesk integration arising from a changed API. (1608624)
  - Fixed a problem with the script interface to change ModelMode in Processor-Setup Block (MicroLabBox I)
  - Fixed a problem in Build under Linux where the trc.h file was was not generated correctly.
  - Fixed an error where HDL Coder subsystems retain their library links during FPGA builds, while AMD block subsystems continue to be detached. (1638360, 1642676, 1643034, 1658075, 1658095, 1660884, 1660894, 1660896)
  - Fixed an error of Version evaluation for RLS 26A.
  - Removed obsolete DS660x framework packages from output directories during the build.
  - Updated the DS6601 and DS6602 framework.


3. Limitations
********************************************************************************

  - The ControlDesk customer instrument "Scale ADC" is currently only available for SCALEXIO and MicroAutoBox III, not for MicroLabBox II.
  - Starting with MATLAB R2025a, a compatibility issue prevents the use of MathWorks HDL Coder together with VMC blocks in the dSPACE toolchain.
  - The FPGA Build for MicroLabBox 2 is not supported for Vivado 26.1; use Vivado 25.1 instead.

4. Installing the Service Pack
********************************************************************************

To install the Service Pack, you must be logged on with administrator rights.
Close all dSPACE applications and run the setup, which will automatically locate
and patch the RCP and HIL Software Installation.


5. Uninstalling the Service Pack
********************************************************************************

To uninstall this service pack, you must have access to your dSPACE Release
installation DVD.
