Pythonnet Hotfix for Python 2.7 64 Bit and Python 3.6 64 Bit

If you are using AutomationDesk 5.3 (2016-B), 5.4 (2017-A), 5.5 (2017-B) or 5.6 (2018-A), please download and install the hotfix for Python 2.7 64 bit.
