FAQ 545: Compatibility error when starting AURELION Manager 22.1

Question

When starting AURELION Manager 22.1, I get the following error message.

Incompatible Release 
The active dSPACE RCP and HIL installation is not compatible with AURELION Manager 22.1.0. Make sure that dSPACE RCP and HIL 2021-A is installed and active. 

However, the dSPACE Installation Manager shows that RCP and HIL 2021-A is active.
 
How can I resolve this?
