FAQ 305: SCALEXIO Missing License Error
Question
When I download an application to a SCALEXIO system, the following error message is displayed:
… License check failed. (0x102,1)
… Could not find an entry for SCALEXIO RTLIB version <X.Y> in any of the specified license files. (0x102, 1)
… Loading application ‘<application name>.rta’ to platform SCALEXIO Real Time PC … (0x38, 1)
… Missing license. Downloading real-time application is not possible. (0x1, 1)
… Could not download application (0x1, 1)
What is the reason for this behavior? How can I solve the problem?
