dSPACE Python 3.12.12 Security Fix

Problem Description

The Python runtime contains a known security vulnerability with a severity rating of “High”. The parseaddr function in the Python module email.utils contains a security flaw.

Impact: Email addresses that can be parsed using the module email.utils.parseaddr may lead to a denial-of-service (DoS).
