Aim of the Data Processing
We process personal data to answer your requests, inform you about our services, or for other communication purposes for which we use the general means of communication (e.g., e-mail, telephone, fax).

Categories of Recipients
Internal recipients can be any employees involved in the data processing. Furthermore, we use service providers (among them, people involved in order processing) to fulfill our tasks, such tax accountants, IT service providers, and hosting service providers, and we transfer data to authorities or courts as part of our legal obligations.
Data Transfer to a Third Country
We have no intention to transfer data to a third country.
Duration for which Personal Data is Stored
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer exists and if there is no obligation to store this data. E-mails are generally classified as tax-relevant documents and are stored according to the legal regulations, in particular, § 147 AO (German Tax Code, 10 years) and § 257 HGB (German Commercial Code, 6 years)
Rights of the Data Subjects
