Webinar Recording: The Missing Link - Making the Traceability Connection from ALM to Model-Based Engineering Tools

August 8, 2018

In this webinar recording, dSPACE demonstrates how you can achieve end-to-end traceability between Application Life-Cycle Management (ALM) tools and model-based engineering tools.

Instructors: Chandrasekhar Puliroju, Team Lead – Software Engineering, dSPACE Inc.

Target Group: Automotive Engineers, Embedded Software Development Engineers, Software and Vehicle Test Engineers, Software Architects, Users of Model-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop Test tools, Modeling and Simulation Engineers, ALM experts, Engineering Tools and Methods experts, IT infrastructure engineers, etc.

dSPACE invites you to a webinar recording on the topic of establishing end-to-end traceability between Application Life-Cycle Management (ALM) tools and engineering tools. The model-based development process requires a highly sophisticated way of managing data artifacts to track down the evolution of a product. ALM tools are expected to provide a way to achieve this traceability. However, their nonexistent connectivity to engineering tools makes it challenging for engineers to accomplish traceability from the requirements to the engineering data. In this webinar recording, we address this challenge by explaining the key concepts behind data exchange between ALM tools and engineering tools. An automated integration process solution that provides end-to-end traceability will be presented.
