1. General
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
This patch / hotfix can only be installed on an existing VEOS installation (dSPACE Release 7.2 or 7.3). 

If VEOS 3.1 is installed as well, VEOS 3.0 will only be available when activated in the dSPACE InstallationManager.

2. Improvements & fixed Problems
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- General:
  - This patch contains essential bug fixes for VEOS 3.0. Please use this patch for all your VEOS 3.0 installations.

- VEOS Simulation Kernel
  - Fixed version conflicts with VEOS 3.1
  - Fixed a possible deadlock in DAQ
  - Fixed simulation speed reduction for second and further simulation runs
  - Fixed crash occurring in very long simulation runs
  - Reset VPU port values after restart of simulation
  - Fixed race condition in XCP measuring
  - Fixed incorrect check for COM ports when PIL board is using COM port 1
  - Fixed race condition in internal state machine

- VEOS Player
  - The automatic port connection algorithm now connects the source port with all destination ports that share the same name.
  - Fixed crash when remove solitary vpu
  - added automation property <ExportVariableDescriptionFilesAfterSaving> which gets or sets a value indicating whether export variable description files after saving
  - Connection check and Exception ,in order to prevent double connections, added.
  - Break at time tooltip message changed 
  - Fixed simulationname in Message browser panel

- DsOffSim
  - Fixed error in DsOffSim build process if RTI CANMM or RTI LINMM is installed
  - Custom system libraries will not be renamed anymore

- Common Build Issues
  - When building a VPU within a simulation system with two different bus types, the conflicting buses will no longer be removed from the simulation system.
  - Ids of measurement rasters will be set up correctly for dSPACE SystemDesk experimentation.
  - Symbol Table for TriCore 1797 will no longer container local jump marks.
  - Removed linker error when using data access points with array width equal to 1.

4. Installing the Patch
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install the Patch / Hotfix, you must be logged on with administration rights.
Close your dSPACE products associated with dSPACE VEOS (like SystemDesk, ControlDesk and the VEOS Player) and simple run file 'DS_VEOS30p5_p5_277813.exe'.

The setup will automatically locate and patch the VEOS 
installation.
After this patch is applied, the installed patch is shown in the splash
screen, about box and the message browser.
This patch also contains previous patches.
