FAQ 328: The ControlDesk Time Plotter Displays a Red Cross

I have installed ControlDesk on my computer.
When I want to display a variable in a time plotter, a red cross (X) appears in the plotter and the program crashes, freezes, or hangs. The same issue happens with a ControlDesk project after opening, even though it works correctly on other PCs.
