dSPACE SCALEXIO wins AEI Tech Award at SAE 2014
dSPACE was granted the SAE 2014 Tech Award for its electric motor controller testing solution at the SAE World Congress held from April 8-10, 2014, in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The solution consists of a SCALEXIO hardware-in-the-loop simulator with a DS2655 FPGA Base Board and an electronic load module. The FPGA board was designed for applications that require very fast, high-resolution signal processing and can be configured graphically for SCALEXIO with standard tools. dSPACE also offers FPGA-based simulation models for electric drives, enabling the simulation of electric drives at power level.
