The RSS feeds can be read with Outlook so that the news appear in the Outlook Inbox amongst your e-mails.

Follow the steps to subscribe to an RSS feed in Outlook.

As a result, you can now see all news in your inbox.

RSS feeds can also be viewed and subscribed directly in the browser

Internet Explorer opens web feeds in a special view and asks at the top of the page if you want to subscribe to this feed.
Firefox: A new bookmark is created for each article in an RSS feed so that subscribed feeds can be accessed via the Firefox menu.
Google Chrome doesn't have any features for RSS feeds - these have to be installed first via an add-on.
