EV/HEV 開発向け 高精度モータHILS ソリューション

EV/HEV にとってモータおよびその制御装置は車両システムの性能、エネルギー効率、信頼性、快適性に影響を及ぼす主要コンポーネントのひとつである。近年、トルクリップルの低減や電費・燃費のさらなる向上のために、より高度な制御性能が求められている。このような制御装置の開発において、制御対象をリアルタイムで実現するHILS は開発期間の短縮およびECU ソフトウェアの品質向上に対して非常に有効である。今回は、従来よりも高精度なFPGA ベースのモータHILS について紹介する。
