dSPACEの自動試験ソフトウェアAutomationDeskは、オープンアーキテクチャのため、他の開発環境でも使用することができます。お客様の依頼があれば、AutomationDeskはWebベースの試験管理ツールMercury Quality Center™（またはMercury TestDirector®）に接続可能で、この2つのツールの優れた機能を利用することができます。その結果、試験仕様から不具合の追跡までのシームレスなツールベースの試験プロセスが実現します。
