Required when using the following dSPACE software:
RTI and RTI Blocksets, FlexRay Configuration Blockset, 
and dSPACE Automotive Simulation Models.

MATLAB compatibility is restricted if you use the RTI FPGA Programming Blockset. For more information, refer to  http://www.dspace.com/faq?295.
