End-of-Life Information

The end of life of the DS1006 is planned for December 31, 2024. As of this date, no services of any kind will be available for this product. We advise against using the DS1006 in new projects. You can still buy the product until December 31, 2021. New releases of dSPACE software are guaranteed to continue supporting the DS1006 until at least the end of 2023.

Successor

For new projects we recommend that you use SCALEXIO, the latest dSPACE technology for modular real-time systems.

It is available from small to large systems while providing very high processing power. It is entirely software-configurable, which lets you adapt to changing requirements flexibly and easily. The SCALEXIO-based real-time systems can be connected to other dSPACE systems (e.g., dSPACE Simulator Full-Size and dSPACE Simulator Mid-Size).

Migration from Real-Time Interface to ConfigurationDesk

When working with SCALEXIO, the real-time application is generated with ConfigurationDesk instead of Real-Time Interface (RTI). Via so-called model port blocks the Simulink model is linked to the I/O configuration in ConfigurationDesk.
