List of Third-Party Terms and Conditions ========================================================================================= This document applies to the following Software dSPACE BusAPI 25.2p1 (hereinafter “dSPACE Software”) Some of the dSPACE Software may utilize or contain third-party software. Said third-party components themselves may be subject to additional terms and conditions or terms and conditions of their own which deviate from the ones that apply to the dSPACE Software. Copyright notices and License terms in third-party components must be adhered to. If the user is required to be explicitly informed of and to comply with the terms and conditions of third-party components, the relevant information on said terms and conditions is stated below. Unless the third-party license conditions explicitly grant more rights, and in cases where no additional license conditions are referenced in this list, the Customer may use the third-party component only in combination with the dSPACE Software and only within the scope required by the contractual use of the dSPACE Software. Compilations ========================================================================================= The dSPACE Software may contain open source compilations (hereinafter "compilations") created by the licensor. These compilations are collections of individual components that may be the intellectual property of third parties. The rights to the compilations are held by the licensor. The compilations may be changed for personal and internal use. The transfer of the compilations is not permitted. The above does not involve a restriction or modification of the rights to the individual components resulting from the respective license conditions applicable to this software. Open Source Software Inquiries ========================================================================================= dSPACE products can contain software that the license owners provide for use on the basis of Free and Open Source Software licenses. The original versions of the text of the relevant licenses are located on the data storage medium of the product you are using or in the downloaded data. Upon written request, we will provide the source code of the software if this is required by the respective Free and Open Source Software license, e.g., by the GNU General Public License, Version 2.
