FAQ 135: Cannot Access License Central Server

Question

I cannot access dSPACE License Central for dongle migration, license activation, license update, and license file creation with Installation Manager. The following error message is displayed.

It is currently not possible to connect to the dSPACE License Central. License administration is not possible Client failed to perform HTTP request. An exception occurred with the following message: Failed to resolve remote name: ‘licensing.dspace.de’
