Deployment Tool Set

The Deployment Tool Set is a command line utility for the unattended and automatic installation of dSPACE software and patches. You can also use the tool set to modify an existing installation, for example, to change the MATLAB integration.

The Deployment Tool Set supports the following use scenarios:

  • Install dSPACE software on a PC without any dSPACE products installed on it.
  • Install dSPACE software on a target PC with the same installation as on an existing PC with dSPACE software
  • Install specific patches to an existing dSPACE software installation on your PC.
  • Install all available updates of an existing dSPACE software installation on your PC
  • Modify the active state of an existing installation and/or a MATLAB integration

 

The Deployment Tool Set supports the installation of dSPACE software from dSPACE Release 2022-B and later. For earlier Releases, dSPACE Installation Manager 23.1 or later is additionally required.
