FAQ 129: Trigger record fails

Question

I set a trigger on the recorder in ControlDesk and started the measurement with [Start Triggered], but the record does not start even if the trigger condition is satisfied.

As an error message, I saw the following:

An exception has occurred when accessing ClibAccess. DspErrorCode: 1004

The real-time data capture on the following device was too fast for the PC: Platform. Some data might be lost.

Increase the downsampling factor or capture fewer signals to decrease the amount of data. Then restart the capture.

The real-time data capture was stopped. The real-time hardware captured data that was too fast for the PC. Try one of the following solutions:

1. Increase the downsampling factor

2. Capture fewer signals to decrease the amount of data[0.000]
