How do I troubleshoot these errors situation?

ControlDesk log or SCALEXIO message log is showing errors related to IOCNET.

An I/O Unit (6-Slot Unit DS2703, 20-Slot Unit DS2702, or DS2680) is not showing up in ControlDesk.
