Simulation Platform Not Available After the Installation of Release 2025-B Software
Problem Description
After the installation of Release 2025-B, the real-time hardware or VEOS will no longer be available in products before Release 2022-A.
If you use Release 2021-B or older and additionally install Release 2025-B (or Firmware Manager 25.2 or dSPACE Installation Manager 25.2), the hardware or VEOS can no longer be used in ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk or ModelDesk of the 'older' Release.
In the log file, you will find the error message 'The request for activity failed: The ClientToken could not be received'.
Solution
Install SCALEXIO HW Access 25.2.1 to make the platform accessible again in the older Release.
