SCALEXIO FSX is a product line designed to enhance hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) applications. The FSX Unit enables you to use advanced functionalities like fault insertion and additional signal conditioning. It serves as an extension of the existing SCALEXIO real-time system, providing even greater flexibility and scalability for diverse testing needs.
The SCALEXIO FSX Unit is a 19" subrack providing 10 slots for FSX boards and an additional system slot for the IOCNET Router. The DS6861 IOCNET Router integrates SCALEXIO FSX boards into the communication network of a SCALEXIO system.
FSX Unit for SCALEXIO customized systems
This variant of the FSX unit can be installed at variable installation depths and does not have a backplane. Access to the ECU side of the FSX boards is via FSX adapters. A DS6861 IOCNET router for SCALEXIO customized systems integrates the SCALEXIO FSX boards into the communication network of a SCALEXIO system.
The DS6861 for SCALEXIO customized systems is not installed in the FSX unit, but anywhere in the SCALEXIO customized system.
