dSPACE at embedded world 2026:
Accelerate Development with Integrated and Automated Test Solutions
Paderborn, 26. February 2026 – At embedded world 2026, dSPACE presents practice-oriented solutions for the development and validation of embedded systems in hall 4, booth 438. The focus is on technologies that accelerate, automate, and improve the robustness of development processes in safety-critical areas.
Using a demonstrator that seamlessly integrates SIL and HIL test systems into CI/CT pipelines, dSPACE shows how CI/CT workflows can be efficiently integrated into existing tool chains to shorten development cycles and increase test coverage. The solution integrates fully with common open-source tools for pipeline orchestration, such as GitLab, and enables both the automated preparation of the test environment and the cross-platform execution of tests.
Integrate Neural Networks into Development Workflows
How neural networks can be integrated into established development workflows is shown by dSPACE using a demonstrator that integrates a virtual sensor in the form of a neural network into TargetLink, the dSPACE code generator. This enables the use of the ISO-certified TargetLink workflow and thus the integration of the neural network into development processes for safety-critical ECUs.
Cybersecurity Test Framework to Meet Growing Security Requirements
With HydraVision – a scalable cybersecurity test framework for the development of ECUs – dSPACE supports manufacturers and suppliers in sustainably meeting the increasing security requirements in various industries. HydraVision enables the efficient integration of cybersecurity tests into the development process so that potential vulnerabilities can be identified, evaluated, and mitigated at an early stage.
Smart, Economic Entry into HIL Tests: SCALEXIO Essential
At embedded world, dSPACE will present its entry-level solution for hardware-in-the-loop testing, SCALEXIO Essential – a HIL system developed for testing and validating classic ECUs in the automotive sector. Other possible areas of application are the agricultural and construction machinery industry. The system is available with a fully-fledged software package and offers all the essential functions for basic HIL applications. With a powerful quad-core processor and freely programmable FPGAs, SCALEXIO Essential can be used flexibly for the development and validation of electronic control units. It has a large number of bus and network interfaces in combination with analog and digital connections as well as resistance simulation, relay channels, and current measurement channels. Since it is operated with the proven dSPACE software tool chain, a seamless transition to other dSPACE systems is possible without any problems.
The SCALEXIO Essential is a HIL system that can be used for testing and validating classic ECUs in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or construction machinery industries.
